If you have a foreign driver’s license, it can’t be used for driving directly here in China. You can change to the Chinese driver license after handover documents and taking the test. Innocorp can assist you and guide you in the whole process.

Documents need to prepare in advance:
Passport and visa copy
Original driver’s license and the translated version (Pick a Chinese name for you, and later will be in the Chinese driver’s license)
Temporarily residence original and copy

What to do before the test:
You will get a book with 1000 questions from Innocorp, you need study the book before go to the Vehicle Bureau to take the test.
Note: The test will be 100 questions chosen from 1000 questions. And you will have 45mins to answer all the questions. Once you get 90 or above 90, you pass the test. If you fail but the score is close to 90, you can take a test one more time. If fail but far away from 90, you can only take the test again the next day or next time.
