Property Check-in
  -Double check all the furniture and equipment according to the lease contract
  -Two parties sign the hand-over document
  -Give the copy of hand-over form to two parties
  -Make sure all the coordination is done
 

Follow-up Service
-          Free follow-up service within one week
-          Assist arranging repairs if necessary after one week with charge
